Personality: There is nothing sweet about Tempest. At best, she's unpredictable. She does what she wants without a care in the world as to what others want. You have to be on your toes around her because she will act up when she feels like it. She's the boss of the Year 15 crop and she'll let every other horse know it. If she doesn't want to go, she's not moving. She can be bribed with treats to get moving, though that's not often. She barely tolerates people, though she grudgingly allows Hailey to ride her. And rarely, if she's in a good mood, Bradley gets to ride her.
Tempest is the kind of horse that wants to be in first no matter what. She hates being held back and will fight with her rider. And unlike Ransom, there's no teaching her that it's okay to be held back sometimes. She's stubborn enough that she doesn't want to listen to her rider and will do whatever she wants. Prior to being loaded in the starting gate, she's as calm as a cucumber. Nothing phases her. Not the crowds, the other horses, or the starting gate. But once the race starts, that's when she gets fired up. She'll try her best to get to the front and stay there.
